Terms of Service

The terms that govern downloading, licensing, updating, and using Kindow.

Please read these Terms carefully before using Kindow, the macOS application provided by Keyflowy LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • App: The Kindow macOS application, including updates and modifications.
  • License Key: A unique code used to activate and verify your license.
  • Updates: Any patches, improvements, or changes provided by Kindow.
  • You: The person or entity using the app.

2. License Grant

Kindow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app under these Terms.

3. Internet Connectivity

Offline functionality: The app works offline except where internet access is needed for:

  • License verification.
  • Checking for and downloading updates.

You acknowledge that intermittent connectivity may be required for these purposes.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You agree to:

  • Use the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use the app only for its intended purpose of managing displays and windows.

You agree not to:

  • License, rent, lease, sell, assign, transmit, outsource, or distribute the app or license key.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or disassemble the app except where legally permitted.
  • Attempt to bypass or disable license verification mechanisms.
  • Use the app in a way that disrupts, damages, or interferes with Kindow systems or servers.
  • Use the app in violation of copyright or other applicable laws.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Kindow may provide updates to improve functionality, address security issues, or comply with legal requirements. These updates may be required for continued use of the app.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Kindow may collect and process minimal technical data necessary to verify your license and deliver updates. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or Kindow. Kindow may terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption or data loss. Direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

The app may include third-party dependencies. Keyflowy LLC is not responsible for issues arising from those components beyond applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

Keyflowy LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
